General conditions

Price

The price (in euros) is calculated on the basis of one week (7 nights). It includes a charge for water, electricity and heating from June to September. It does not include the charge from October to May. Possible reductions for 3 consecutive weeks (or more). Check the particular conditions for hiring of 2 months or more between September and June.

Stay

Arrival Saturday after 4 pm - departure Saturday before 10 am. The number of people occupying the apartment cannot in any case exceed 5, except with prior agreement with the owner.

Equipment

The apartment is supplied with hot and cold water and is equipped with electric heating, a ventilator, a fridge, a washing machine and a color television. It includes the kitchen utensils (crockery, glasses, forks and spoons). Household linen is not provided. Towels, dishcloths, pillowcases, bed sheets, etc. have to be brought by the tenant.

Reservations

The reservation only becomes firm when the following conditions are met:

  1. The candidate tenant sends a letter of reservation (in which appears their name, their address, their telephone number and the dates of their stay);
  2. The candidate tenant pays the installment - that is 25 % of the cost of their stay;
  3. The candidate tenant pays as well one guarantee of 200 € (by cheque or transfer);
  4. After the receipt of the cheque, the owner sends a confirmation of the reservation for the apartment.

Guarantee

The guarantee will be used to cover damage. Additionally during October to May, the cost of the water, electricity and heating will also be deducted from the guarantee. It will be refunded as soon as possible, after an inventory is taken, and all the deductions are made. If these sums exceed the amount of the guarantee, the tenant commits himself regulating the balance.

Damage

The pieces of furniture and missing or degraded objects will have to be paid or replaced by the tenant, with the approval of the owner. This clause also applies to papers, paintings, hangings and at the building in general. The tenant will have to inform the owner of any noted anomaly, in the 48 hours of the taking possession.

Insurance

The tenant will have to insure himself against the damage of any nature likely to engage his responsibility. He will have to ask an "extension holiday" of his comprehensive insurance dwelling.

Repairs

The tenant will not be able to claim any reduction of rent or allowance if urgent repairs falling to the owner would appear necessary during the hiring.

Payment of joint ownership

In the event of disorder by the tenant, the Trade union of the joint owners will be able to make expel the occupants of the apartment. The tenant will have to take care that the peace of the building at no time is disturbed by its fact, that of the people of his family, his guests or people to his service. The use of the apparatuses of radiophony is authorized provided the noise is not perceptible by neighbors. Any noise or din, of some nature that it is, disturbing the peace of the neighbors is formally prohibited, while at the same time it would take place in the interior of the apartment.

Cancellation

If the tenant warns the owner at the latest 28 days before the date of beginning of his stay, he retains 50 % of the amount of his installment. If he prevents him less than 28 days before the date of the beginning of its stay, the owner is obliged to retain with the tenant the total amount of his installment.

Animals

Unfortunately, the animals are not accepted.
